DESCRIPTION:
Bayview Loan Servicing LLC is the owner of the property located at 2310 Yule Tree Drive;
Edgewater, Florida. It has been found in repeat violation of Section 10 -4 (Nuisance Generally)
of the City of Edgewater's Code of Ordinances.
HISTORY:
On April 13, 2011 this Board found Bayview Loan Servicing in violation of the nuisance
ordinance (citation# 1446)
BACKGROUND:
On June 13, 2011 Code Enforcement responded to citizens compliant in reference to an
unsecured pool in which the entire fence around the parameter of the pool is rotten. A citation
was posted at the property, city hall and mailed (certified). As of July 14, 2011 the property is
not in compliance.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the Board find Bayview Loan Servicing LLC in violation of Section 10 -4 of
the Code of Ordinances and continue the citation fine of $150.00 and an addition fine of $250.00
per day each the violation exists past July 15, 2011 and for a lien to be placed on the property if
not satisfied by July 20, 2011. It is also recommended that the Board issue a Board Order
requesting the City Manager approve the securing of the pool by city staff if the violation is not
corrected by July 14, 2011 and that a lien is placed on the property.
