"""'" ORDINANCE NO. 96-0-09 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE V (RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR CITY MANAGER AND DEPARTMENT HEADS) OF CHAPTER 2 (ADMINISTRATION) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA; AMENDING SECTION 2-76 (STATEMENT OF PURPOSE), SECTION 2-77 (RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS GENERALLY), SECTION 2-78 (EXEMPTIONS), SECTION 2-79 (APPEALS), SECTION 2-80 (PENALTIES), SECTION 2-81 (NON-RETROACTIVE APPLICATION); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING PROVISIONS, SEVERABILITY AND APPLICABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR ADOPTION. WHEREAS, the city council of the city of Edgewater, Florida, has made the following determinations: 1. AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE V (RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR CITY MANAGER AND DEPARTMENT HEADS) OF CHAPTER 2 (ADMINISTRATION) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA.
