Code Enforcement Board ordered and requested that the City of Edgewater furnished the labor,
material and equipment necessary to clear the following described real property located in Volusia

The record owner is DEUTSCHE BANK NATL TR CO TR, 1661 Worthington Road, Suite
#100, P. O. Box 24737, West Palm Beach, FL. The City hereby claims a lien in the amount of ONE
HUNDRED THIRTY dollars and 00/100 ($130.00) plus interest in the amount of six (6) percent per
annum from the date the bill for services was rendered, filing fees, and any other costs incurred by
the City.

after having heard testimony under oath, received evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if
