City Attorney Ansay informed Council she had been offered a position

City continue to use her firm to represent the City on a go forward
basis. The contract they have merely lists her as the City Attorney

move Aaron Wolfe’s name up as the City Attorney on a go forward basis.
She would continue to be available into the future in terms of talking
with the folks in her firm as well as City Manager Barlow. She wants
to do everything she can to assist in the transition, which she felt
would go smoothly. She referred to Section 4-11 of the City Charter,
containing the residency requirements for the City Attorney, which
were waived for her and could be waived for Mr. Wolfe as they are
authorized to do so if it is in the best interest of the City, which
she felt it was given the fact there was so much institutional
