The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner being not being present, there upon finds as follows: 1. There currently exists the following violation(s) of the Land Development Code /Code of Ordinances of the City of Edgewater. Sec. 10 -98 (Property maintenance) 3. This violation is considered a repeat violation. Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. You, Deutsche Bank National Tr. Co. will pay the City of Edgewater, Florida, a fine of $150.00, and for a lien to be placed on the property if not satisfied by April 19, 2012. 2.
