A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-R.9,
RELATING TO SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS WITHIN THE FLORIDA
SHORES IMPROVEMENT AREA SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT. BY AMENDING APPENDIX B THERETO, RELATING
TO THE METHOD OF APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS,
TO PROVIDE FOR EQUIVALENT LOTS AND TO PROVIDE FOR
A SINGLE INITIAL APPORTIONMENT TO IRREGULAR
PARCELS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORMA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 91-11-9, relating to special assessments within the
Florida Improvement Area Special Assessment District, is acsended by
substituting the attached Appendix B, Apportionment Method, in lieu of the Appendix
B attached to Resolution No. 91-R-9.
Section 7, This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its aftopt<om

a special meeting held on the 8th day of July, 1991, and authenticated as provided by

SECTION B-1. I1n'RODUCTlON. The Cost of the Project shall be
apportioned among all parcels of real property wtth1n the Dlstr1ct in conformity With
the Apportionment Method establ1shed 1n this AppendJx: B. Upon the completion of
the plans and apec1ftcatJons for the conatructlon of the Project. the City Engineer shall
prepare the Assessment Roll by compu~ the IniUal Spec1a1 Auessl11e.nta (as de1lned
in Section B-3 hereof) in accordance With Section B-5.

Reimbursement to the City of Funds Advanced. 8hall not conat1tute a protlt to the City
over and above actual costs as dei1ned in the Ordinance. Therefore. the City ehaJl not
collect Annual Payments in excess of the amount necessary to (1) ret1re the Bonda
