Clerk being absent re'ding of minutes of last meeting dispensed with.
E. H. Lohman rsnorted meeting with Commissioner Gaddis in regard to rev Smyrna
furnishing Electric current for lighting the village . The revs Smyrna Commis-
sioner agreeing to submit definite proposition at our next meeting.
Committee on accertance of Lrs Ann Turner's subdivision Plat reported that L F
Turner contemplates purchasing the subdivision and re—platting same .
roved by E H Lohman, seconded by F 1: Carr, carried by unanimous vote, that Foy
i:'athewson be employed to make a map of the village ^+ r cost of 35.CC.

streets in nee• subdivisions, hereafter Shall he graded, shelled or herd surfaced
to a width of 18 feet, and a depth of 4 inches. Owners sha11 have patablished
Ibuilding lines and re-senrble building restrictions:

and brushed back to lot lines and the two lots owned by Village cleared . Also
that the i ershall be paid 4,4.3C per dad; for such work.
Chairman appointed S r Fee and F :. Carr and E H :,ohmen to confer with the Clerk
in regard to fixing his cocpensrtion for ensuing year and pest services.
Loved and carried by unanimous vote that :._r Geo Fullerton by engaged to prosecute
the fish house gang if necessary.
