Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
The following invoices were ordered paid: Bill for road repairs 213.00
New Smyrna News
Potion by S F Fee, seconded by M B Houghton that Mr Roy Mathewson be paid $100.00
for his services on tax duplicates.
Motion by M B Haughton, seconded by C A Ashcraft that Mr Fee be paid for his
services on Street work. To be brought up at the meeting of March 2, 1926.
Plat of Highland Shores section three approved by council.
Motion by S F Fee, seconded by M B Houghton that resolution regarding tax certificates
be teferred to ordinance committee.
Motion by S 7 Fee, seconded by M B Houghton that note at the State Bank amounting
to $500.00 be paid by treasurer. Passed by unanimous vote.
Petition asking for sidewalks on both sides of Dixie Highway read and referred to
street committee.
