Regular Meeting of the Council of Edgewater April 20, 1926.

Minutes read and approved.
Communication to F E C in regard drainage west of the Railway read.
Also letter to Amos comptroller in regard to delinquent taxes read and
accepted.
Motion by S R Fee seconded by b B Haughton that Mrs J P Turner be notified
to clear up her lots.
Motion by S 1- Fee seconded by B B Heughton' that men be employed to clean
up lots belonging to Gene Johnston and J J Hiel on Park Ave.
Motion by F k Carr, seconded by I! B Haughton that an Engineer be employed
to run two surveys for the old county road one to start from Lot 11 High-
land Shores and run straight to the center of the present intersection of
the old coun r ad and Park Ave., the other to follow the property lines
for the same. ass d by unanimous vote.
Mr Zipperrer and mr Boyed appeard end entered complaint against Highland
Shores regarding drainage which has been blocked by them. Same referred
to Mayor and Street Committee for investigation.
Motion by S R Fee seconded by LI B Heughton that speed police matter be
tabled for the time being. Passed by unanimous vote.
Motion was made that the Fidelity Bank proposition be tabled until neat
meeting.
George Bailey entered complaint regarding drainage near his property. Matter
referred to Street Committee.
Mr Zipperrer appeared before Council and asked for a tax list for 1926 asses-
sement.
Treasurer's report read and accepted. lotion by S F Fee seconded by F I' Cerr
and passed by unanimous vote of the Council.
Clerk and Treasurers resignation was accepted, motion by S R Fee seconded
by M B Haughton. Unanimous vote of the council.
Motion by S R Fee, seconded by F ,' Carr that Mr Paul Leddin be appointed to
fill unexpired term of H B Ashcroft.
Motion by F M Carr, seconded by I' B Houghton that bill of S F Fee be paid
covering thessigns erected in Edgewater. Total Invoice $35.00.
Motion by F A'. Cerr, seconded by M B HPughton that two drains be placed across
Strand near Elwanger. Passed by unanimous vote of the council.
