Minutes of previous meeting approved as read.

Park Avenue near depot.
Passed by unanimous vote.
Mr. Garrett, representative of Florida Power and Light Co . ,
was heard on matters relating to the Franchise Issue.
Motion, -by S. R. Fee seconded by A. H. Phillips, -That com-
munication from Volusia County Abstract and Title
Company of DeLand, relative to having map of
Edgewater made, -be tabled for further consider-
ation.

same from the Charter.
Motion, -by S. R. Fee seconded by A. H. Phillips, -That the
Town Council invite the directors of the V. I. A. , to
meet with them in special session Tuesday evening
June 22/26, for the purpose of transferring all
Town property thus far in the trust of the V. I. A. ,
to the Town Council elected by the people of Town
of Edgewater.
Unanimously carried.
Motion, -by S. R. Fee seconded by M. P. Hauihton, -That; regardinJ the
matter of the Old County Road to be tabled for further
consideration.
