Sams- 1.56 (Warren Service Sta. 13.25 Total 14.81 201 Playters Wilkinson 14.40 202 On motion by Mr. Patch seconded by Aar. Spicer the bills °-ere ordered paid. HEPOR3$: Fiscal statement for February submitted by clerk and accepted, showing disbursements during Febrary at 0240.61, receipts as *406.21, balance cash on hand on . ebruary 28th as *2062.21. MISCELLEANNEOUS: M . Wilkinson reported that the county had proposed that if the Town would brush and clean Park Avenue from the Highway to the Railroad, the county would in turn plow Fernald and New nampahire streets. On motion by Mr. Patch, seconded by Mr. Lohman, Mr. Zipperer was authorized to proceed with the work of brushing and cleaning Park Avenue as outlined, and Mr. Wilkinson was authorized to inform the county commissioners of the acceptance of their proposal, and that it would be in order for the plowing of Fernald and New Hampshire streets to be done as agreed. on Motion by Mr. Patch, seconded by Mr. Lohman, clerk was authorized to refund Mrs. Mary J. Bennett on t aes paid for 1926 on her property, it having developed that the property was assessed as 150 feet on Strand, there actually being only 100 feet. Mr. Patch reported that in the matter of the Osbourne complaint, he had found nothing to warrant an adjustment or refund. On motion by Mr. ,.pacer, seconded by Mr. Lohman, this report was accepted. On motion by Mr. Patch, seconded by Mr. Lohman, the drainage committee was authorize) to disburse 440.00 in having canal west of railroad cleaned and opened up. Complaint was entered by .sir. Wilkinson on behalf of several citizens of the town regarding the sanitary condition of the house at the corner of Hotel street and nixie nighway. On motion by Mr. Patch, seconded by mr. Spicer, the matter was referred to marshal for investigation and report. mayor Zipperer mentioned the joint visit of himself and clerk to office of vity clerk at "orenado Beach, mentioning particularly the building permit system of that city. The matter of a building permit ordinance in .dgewater was referred to clerk for investigation and report as to the legality of such an ordinance. Mr. Patch moved that collection of taxes be extended until may first, and that this fact be advertised Once in each of the New Smyrna newspapers by clerk. Seconded by Mr. Spicer, and carried. On motion by Mr. Spicer, seconded by Mr4 Patch, the body was adjourned. Clerk •
