BILLS AND ACCOUNTS: Following bills were approved by the Finance Committee: P.H.Simpson 0 Pond Howell Lbr co- 3812 A 4-0/ On Motion Mr.Smith seconded by Mr. Lohman,the bills were ordered paid. NEW BUSINESS: Petition from Citizens, asking that Town contribute the sum of C50.00 for the establishment of Kindergarden at Live Oak School,New Smyrnaeread and after discussion it was brought out that petition failed to state if tuition would be charged pupils in this „ class, and Clerk was instructed to handle with of Schools- Goulding for information as tothis. Matter of working and opening up the old Ccunty Road from Park Ave. ,to Luther Weathers or beyond brought up by Mayor Zipperer, tpon oomplaint of parties * served by or to be served by this road.
