Meeting called to order at 7 :30 P .M. by Pres.Patch.

Minutes of Regular meeting held Dece fiber 4th. ,
and adjourned meeting held December 12th were approved as
read.

that bill be raid, as read.
CO1LUNICATIO _S
Mayor Lembeck asked Council to consider the
advisability of having dogs within the corporate liriits of
the Town, innoculattda— to guard aainst rabies. After -en-
erel discussion by the Council it was decided not to take
any action at the present time ,. but to defer the matter for
consideration by the Council.
=ayor Lembeck reported one case of Diptheria
in the Town and Marshall Simpson, was instructed to see that
the house was properly placarded to protect the public health.
Clerk Fuller read letter from Comptroller Amos
relative tax assessments for the Postal Tdlegraph Co. , and for
the Southern Bell Telephone Co. ho action on the matter other
than that it be referred to Tax Assessor for definate handling.
REPORTS OF COlxu r'TEES:
Street Committee reccomended that street light
be placed at intersection of Mitchell Avenue and Fernald Sts .
Motion by Marz seconded by Goodyear that report
• be accepted at t
+ Street Committee reported unfavorably on the
installation of street light at the intersection of Conn. Ave
and Fernald Sts . , at the present time.
Motion by Marz seconded by Goodyaer that report
be received.
Motion by Mum seconded by Goodyear that Street
Committe be authorized to proceed with the installation of the

light at intersection of Mitche _l and 1{'ernaid Cts . , upon the
same basis as for the lights heretofore installed.
1r.Bigelow aske permission to address Council on
the subject of taxes on Hi and Shores property. Permission
granted and Mr.Bigelow made formal and written complaint that
property values in Highland Shores were unjust, in that the
same basis of taxation on other Town property was not observed.
Motion by Ald.Marz seconded by Ald. irehwick that
action. on the complaint be deferred until the next regular
council meeting. Motion carried.
Motion by Marz, that Committee of Messrs Moore and
j{enwick be instructed to secure keys , or install new loack on
Clerks Office , to provide the Maggr with keys to the Twins Office.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mari seconded by L{enwick that meeting x
adjourn until next regular meeting.
