34s ORDINANCE NO. 34. AN ORDINANCE, prohibiting the obstruction of Streets, or Public Ways and the Dumping of Refuse, Litter, Offal, Filth or Junk therein or thereon, in the Town of Edgewater, Florida. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF TP7, TOWN OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. No person, shall obstruct the streets or public ways, nor shall they dump refuse, litter, offal, filth or junk there- on or therein, in the Town of Edgewater, Florida. Section 2. If any person shall be convicted before the Mayor for the violation of the preceding section, he or she shall be fined in a sum not exceeding nmv nrn,mnvn �Alaa_00. Dollars or shall be imprisoned for a period for not exceeding sixty days. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon being passed by the Town Council, approved by the Mayor, or becoming a Law without such approval, and after having been posted for two days at the V.I.A.
