HALL AT EDGEWATER, FLORIDA IVEBSESDAY DECEMB R 2nd A.D. 1931 000000000000000000 Meeting called to order at 7:30 P .M. by Mayor F.R. Renwick, with the following members present: ROLL CALL: Mayor F.R.Renwick, Present Councilman J.J.Francis, Present Councilman H.P. ';'il Anson, Present. Minutes of Regular meeting held Tuesday November 17th. , A.D. 1931, were approved as read, on motion by Council- man H.P.Wilkinson, seconded by Councilman J.J.Francis , the motion being unanimously carried. COMMUNICATIONS: Clerk read letter from Royal Indemnity Co. , relative bond Yo S-48833 covering R.C .7uller, Clerk. The letter which was ifl effect a' notice of theeontihuation of the above bond, was delivered by the Clerk to Mayor F.R.Renwick, custodian of the bond. BILLS AND ACCOUNTS: Clerk read the following bills: R.C .Fuller, Clerk :;50.00 No. 1023 C.T,King. ,Marshall 15.00 1024 Harry H.Sams. 30.00 1025 City of New Smyrna 2.00 1026 R.C .Fuller 2.03 1027 Motion by Councilman H.P. .ilkinson, seconded by Councilman J.J.Francis, that the above named bills be ordered paid as read. Motion unanimously carried. REPORTS OF OFFICERS: Clerk read Cash Report, Resort of Taxes Collected and Budget Statement for month of Novembe* A.D. 1931. Motion by Councilman H.P.Wilkinson,seconded by Councilman J.J.Francis, that the reports be received and made a part of these minutes. Motion unanimously carried. NEW BUSINESS: Mayor F.R.Renwick, stated that he had received applications from the following named persons for the pos- ition of Town Marshall: R.C.Baker, Wm McLane, C.T .King, R.F. silliams, and S.D.Whatley. The mayor stated that he had decided to withhold the naming of a Town Marshall until the above named applicants could be investigated as to thier qualifications.
