REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF EDGkEWAT ER., FLORIDA

Readin of Minutes.
The minutes of the regular meetingi of August 3rd 1937 were read and
upon motion made by :r. Haughton, seconded by Mr. Adams were approved
as read. Carried.

Mr. Adams moved that the bills be approved as read and that they
be paid , seconded by Mr. Haughton and upon vote declared carried.

Communications.
A letter from the State Comptroller' s Office dated August 9th 1937,
in reference to railroad and telegraph valuatons was read and also one fn
from J.i'.Clayton Daytona Beach giving guarantee for siren purchased.
unfinished Business.
In reference to the 'Tree on Knapp Ave. located near Mr. Lembeck' s
residence, _.:r. Adams reported having inspected the tree and that in
his opinion it was past saving by doctoring. Ma.rshall Swann was instructed
to so report to Mr. Lembeck.
Marshall Swann reported that the Bridge o$ Knapp Ave. West of the
Highway could not be repaired until Mr. Day returned and that progress
was being made on the street signs for Orange Ave.
Mr. Adams Moved that we do now adjourn, seconded by `;r. Haughton
and upon vote declared carried. Time: $': 55 P .M.
