Councilman Bartlett moved that the minutes of the meetings held on
November 1, November 8th, November 8th, and November 15th, be approved
as read, seconded by Councilman King. Upon vote the motion was un-
animously carried.

and made a part of the minutes , seconded by Councilman Bartlett. Upon

COMMUNICATIONS
Letters from the Florida Peace Officers Association, dated November 2nd ,
193i and from J. V. Bivings ,dated November 4th, 1938 were read by the
Clerk. Both of these letters were referred to J. U. Gillispie, Town
Attorney, with the instructions to answer them.

NEW BUSINESS
THE matter of cleaning vacant lots was fully discussed and by unanimous
consent action upon this matter deferred for the present.
There being no further business Councilman Bartlett moved that we do
now adjourn, seconded by Councilman King and by vote declared carried.
