1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Thomas called the Joint Workshop to order at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, 102 N.
Riverside Drive, Edgewater, Florida.

Also present were City Manager Tracey Barlow, Development Services Director Darren Lear,
Environmental Services Director Brenda Dewees, Leisure Services Director Jack Corder, Police Chief
Dave Arcieri, Fire Chief Steve Cousins, Code Enforcement Supervisor Jeff Lariscy, Economic
Development/Event Coordinator Janet Shira, City Clerk Bonnie Wenzel and Planning and Zoning Board
Coordinator Tabitha Russell
There was a silent invocation and pledge of allegiance to the Flag.
City Manager Barlow welcomed everyone and thanked them for attending the workshop. He gave a brief
introduction of the Restoration project.
Ted Brown, Esq., Baker Hostetler provided a brief review on the history of the project and its current
status.
Eliza Harris, Canin & Associates, presented a slide show on the proposed SCD/PUD Design Guidebook
and offered to answer any questions.
There was discussion between Mr. Brown, Ms. Harris and various members of City Council and the
Planning and Zoning Board.
City Manager Barlow provided the schedule of public hearings for the zoning amendment.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to discuss, the workshop adjourned at 11:48 a.m.
