RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZM ENTERING INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE FEC RY. COUPANY FOR
CRT03ING THE RAILROAD WITH 'WATER MAINS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGETIATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the said City of Edgevater, Florida, consents to and
agrees to' enter into an agreement with J. Turner Butler and
William A. Hallowes, as Trustees of the property of Florida
East Coast Railway Company, and riot individeally, wherein
and whereby said City of Edrewater, Florida, is given the
right and privilege to install an 8-inch cast iron water pipe
and a (p-inch cast iron water ripe across and under the right
of way and tracks of the ::ailvay in the City of Edgewater,
Volusia County, Florida, at the location more particularly
described in agreement attached hereto and as per Railway's
Plan Corr. File 127.29 dated May 8, 1958, all according to the
further terms and conditions of said proposed agreement
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the Eayor, with the attestation of the City Clerk, be and
they each are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Edgewater, a
!Julie:Leal corporation of the --a.:.,te of Florida.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect irnediate/y upon its
passage.
The above Resolution was introduced by Councilnnn Shaeffer who moved
its adoption, seconded by Councilran ..... Broga — and passed by the vote
of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting
on the 2nd day of Juno, 1958, the vote of said Council on roll call being
as follows:-
