NEW BUSINESS Debby explained the current procedure for employees to get reimbursed for damaged personal clothing. She stated that the City Manager would like the committee to look into the policy we currently have and recommend any changes they see fit. There was discussion about what we currently have in place. The request for reimbursement form was shown to the members. The consensus was that each department director should be held responsible for the validity of the requests. Tracey Barlow suggested that it be determined what the City Manager feels is the problem; whether he is seeing the system being abused, whether there is not enough background or follow up being done by the supervisors, or what. The language in the policy could be tightened up to address his concerns. MISCELLANEOUS None ADJOURNMENT Tracey Barlow moved to adjourn, being seconded by Pat Drosten.
