To All Members of the City Council:
I hereby call a Special Meeting of the City Council of Edgewater for Monday,November
17, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. in the Community Center, 102 N. Riverside Drive, Edgewater,Florida,to
discuss:
City Council shall meet in an attorney-client session in accordance with §286.3011(8),
Fla. Stat. (2007), for the purpose of discussing settlement negotiations in the pending
litigation to which the City is a party,to wit:
Jane Doe and John Doe v. Efren Vasquez and City of Edgewater, United States District
Court, Middle District of Florida,Orlando Division, Case No. 6:07-cv-327-ORL-28KRS
Attendance at the attorney-client session will be restricted to a court reporter and the following
individuals:
