"Board") on March 14, 2013 after due notice of noncompliance to the Respondent. The
Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received evidence and heard
arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner _ being \(not being present, there upon
finds as follows:
1. The Respondent is the owner of the property described as follows:

Approve the removal of the wood, metal, glass, paint cans etc. and
paint over the graffiti/splashes on the exterior wall to a conforming
color for the above stated property if the violation is not corrected by
March 15, 2013 and a lien will be placed on the property.
