CITY OF EDGEWATER
LAND DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATORY AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING
AUGUST 13, 1992
COMMUNITY CENTER, CITY HALL
Chairman Hellsten called to order a regular meeting of the Land
Development and Regulatory Agency at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, August
13, 1992 in the Community Center of City Hall.
ROLL CALL:
Members present were Mr. Masso, Mr. Ewing, Mr. Fazzone, Mr.
Garthwaite, and Chairman Hellsten. Mr. Klein and Mr. Hildenbrand
were recorded absent. Also present were Mark P. Karet, Director of
Communi ty Development, Krista Storey, City Attorney and Sondra
Meager-pengov, Secretary.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Mr. Fazzone moved to approve the minutes of July 16, 1992, seconded
by Mr. Garthwaite. Motion CARRIED 5-0.
NEW BUSINESS:
SP-9206 - Pioneer Appliance - Mark Dowst & Associates, Inc.,
authorized agent for Pioneer Appliance requested site plan approval
for a warehouse addition.
Mr. Karet reviewed the request and stated staff recommends
approval.
Following discussion with the applicant and the Board, Mr. Fazzone
moved to approve the site plan as presented, seconded by Mr. Masso.
Motion CARRIED 5-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
Discussion on Land Development Requlations - The Board reviewed
Chapters 1 through 3 of the Land Development Regulations with Ms.
Storey. Ms. Storey clarified wording and definitions that were in
question.

DISCUSSION ITEMS:
Community Director's Report - None at this time.
Chairman's Report - Chairman Hellsten asked the status of the Sign
Ordinance. Ms. Storey replied it will be a part of the Land
Development Regulations.
Aqency Members' Report - There was brief discussion regarding the
Cameron property, Davenport property, the bicycle path and
inquiries about Victoria Lakes.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no additional business to come before the agency, a
motion was made and approved to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at
8:00 p.m.
