THIS CAUSE came before the City of Edgewater Code Enforcement
Board (the "Board") on October 10, 2013 after due notice of noncompliance to
the Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, recved
evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner being not
being present, there upon finds as follows:

1. You, Debella Group LLC will pay the City of Edgewater, Florida, a fine of
$150.00, and an additional fine of $100.00 per day for each day the
violation continues to exist past October 11, 2013 and for a lien to be
placed on the property if not satisfied by October 18, 2013.

2. A certified copy of this order may be recorded in the public records of
Volusia County, Florida, and shall constitute a lien against the above

costs associated with recording the lien.
