Board (the "Board") on November 14, 2013 after due notice of noncompliance to
the Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, rece�jv✓ed

being present, there upon finds as follows:

Florida, a fine of $150.00, and an additional fine of $100.00 per day for
each day the violation continues to exist past November 15, 2013 and
for a lien to be placed on the property if not satisfied by November 20,
2013.

costs associated with recording the lien.
