Pursuant to the provisions of Section 21-189.02 of the Land Development Code of the City
of Edgewater, Florida, and Section 302.2 of the Standard Unsafe Building Abatement Code, 1985
Edition, and Section 3401.7.2.2 of the Florida Building Code, the building or structure located on
the following described property located in V olusia County, Florida, is hereby certified to be unsafe:
3.1 A submerged & overflow land lying E of highwater mark from
NIL of S 130.5 ft Lot 4L Alvarez Grant to S/L of Park Ave & to
Intercoastal Waterway Meas 650 ft on SIL (Commonly known as: 103
North/South Riverside Drive, Edgewater, Florida - Parcel #7452-01-
00-0069).
Service of the notice of such determination has been made upon the owners of record. In
addition, notice of such determination has been posted on the property. The record owner is the City
of Edge water, P. O. Box 100, 104 North Riverside Drive, Edgewater, Florida 32132-0100.
