THIS CAUSE came before the City of Edgewater Code Enforcement Board (the "Board") on May 8, 2014 after due notice of noncompliance to the Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner being, not being present, there upon finds as follows: 1. This violation is considered a repeat violation. Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. You, Nona Moore Chapman will pay the City of Edgewater, Florida, a fine of $150.00, and an additional fine of $100.00 per day for each day the violation continues to exist past May 9, 2014 and for a lien to be placed on the property if not satisfied by May 15, 2014.
