Other Matters: Adjacent property owners were notified of a variance request. Staff has received no objections from the property owners. Per the City of Edgewater Land Development Code Section 21 -20; the definition of a variance is "a modification of the strict application of site development requirements related to yard setbacks, building height, parking requirements, landscaping, drainage, and /or signage."
