"Board") on May 9, 2013 after due notice of noncompliance to the Respondent. The
Board, after having heard testimony under oath, r ceived evidence and heard

finds as follows:

Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED AND REQUESTED THAT THE CITY
MANAGER:
Approve the removal of the watercraft for the above stated properly if
the violation is not corrected by May 10, 2013 and a lien will be placed
on the property.
