Mrs. Stubbs moved to approve the minutes of the February 12, 199]
meeting and Mrs. Rossman seconded the motion. Motlon CARRIED 3-

OLD BUSINESS
Chairman Seifert stated a lot o~ people were there last month.
He stated it was a real good meeting because they got a lot of
input. He stated everyone is ill agreement that they need to make
improvements. He explained the fIrst recommendatIon was to start
by improving City Hall since it is the first place people mnving
into the City go.
