EDGEWATER, FL 32032 CITY OF EDGE WATER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD REGULAR MEETING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 1992 CONFERENCE ROOM, CITY HALL ~BLL TO ORDER: Chairman Martin called to order a regular meeting of the Industrial Development Board at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 6, 1992 in the conference room of City Hall. ROLL CALL: Members present were Mr. Koch, Mr. Fong and Chairman Martin. Mr. Gleason, Mrs. Swiney and Mr-s. Rymsza were recorded excused. Also present v"ei-e C. C . and d i s c us sed the i r sincerity regarding receiving an offer on the property located in the P.I.D. area. They told Chairman Martin they would entertain an offer. Chairman Martin said they requested a copy of the City's comprehensive plan and land use element and indicated surprise that the Department of Community Affairs requires 70% open space and expressed dissatisfaction.
