INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD
REGULAR MEETING
MAY 6,1993
6:30 P.M.
Chairman Martin called to order a regular meeting of the Industrial Development Board at
6:30 p.m., Thursday, May 6, 1993 in the Conference Room of City Hall.
ROLL CALL:
Members present were Ms. Swiney, Ms. Rymsza and Chairman Martin. Mr. Porta and Mr.
Fong were recorded absent. Also present were Mr. Hellsten (ex-officio member) and Sondra
M. Pengov, Secretary.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Ms. Swiney moved to approve the minutes of March 4, 1993 as amended, seconded by Ms.
Rymsza. Motion CARRIED 3-0.
The minutes of March 22, 1993 and April 1, 1993 are being held until the June meeting as
there were not enough members present to vote.
CONTINUED BUSINESS:
Chairman Martin requested that the Board review the draft report to the City Council and
hold the other agenda items until the June meeting. The Board agreed and they moved to
item #3 of continued business.
3) Draft of Final Report to City Council
The Board reviewed, edited and made changes to the draft report to the City Council.
The Board later decided to schedule a workshop meeting for May 13, 1993 to complete the
draft report. The Board also schedule a special meeting for May 20, 1993.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no additional business to come before the Board a motion was made and
approved to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
