Bonnie,
Case#14-109090 had a change of ownership and this citation should be voided.
Case#14=109038 B I have attached a copy of the citation. The second scan is the citation that you need.
Case#14-109092 was closed due to the current language and was unfounded at the time on 10/25/14 but case#14-
109117 should be filed and is an active case. Hope this helps!

Can you check on the following:
1. Citation 5882—case 14-00109090—Nationstar Mtg. LLC—I have a citation but no board order, hearing date
11/13/14
2. Citation 52747—Case 14-00109034B—Karla Simpkins—I have a board order but no citation, hearing date
12/11/14
3. Citation 5283—Case 14-00109117—Jason Foster—I have citation & board order, however another case of the
same nature was closed (14-109092, per email from Jeff on 10/21/14) due to not being able to require a paved
driveway on the property. I'm not sure if this is the same situation.
Thanks!
