Case#14-109092 was closed due to the current language and was unfounded at the time on 10/25/14 but case#14- 109117 should be filed and is an active case. Hope this helps! Citation 52747—Case 14-00109034B—Karla Simpkins—I have a board order but no citation, hearing date 12/11/14 3. Citation 5283—Case 14-00109117—Jason Foster—I have citation & board order, however another case of the same nature was closed (14-109092, per email from Jeff on 10/21/14) due to not being able to require a paved driveway on the property. I'm not sure if this is the same situation. Thanks!
