An ordinance defining Penal offenses and rroviding for their punishment.

Be it ordained by the Town Council of Ndgewater, Floride,
w Secticn 1 --Whoever Shall wilfully resist, obstruct or oppose the
iaxshald or other person legally authorized to execute process or in discharge
of any duty, or being called upon by any such officer to give ',As active aid or c
1 assistance in apprehending any person accused of a violation of Say ordinance of
the town or acting in any unlawful a,norai shall be pu:ishe: by a fine not exceeding
$50.00 or by Imprisonment not exceeding 30 days or both.
Section 2—?Shoever shell to guilty of using abusive or profane or
Indecent language in a public place or shell throw stones or otber missiles,
indengering person or nropsrty, shell be punished by a fine not exceeding $25.00
brhy imprisonment not exceeding 30 days or both.
Section 3--Thoever shall be guilty of any assault, bresch of Peace,
.41,sorderly or indecent conduct or drunkenness, shall be punlshec. by a fine not
exceeding �.50.00 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days or both.
Section 4 —That this ordinance shall go into effect upon being passed
by theTown Council and approved by the Mayor and posted 30 days in two conspicu-
oue places.
