AN ORDINANCE SETTI!TG THE PILL-
AGE FOR THE PURPOSE OF TAXA-
TION FOR THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER
VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAIiIED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF Tau TOWN OF EDGE -
WATER, VCLUSIA 00t:ITTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the millaee for the nurnose of taxation
to raise the necessary revenue for the necessary and or-
dinary expenses and for all special and extraordinary ex-
nenditures contemplated by the Torn Council of the Torn
of Edgewater, is hereby set at 7 mills, for the texa- '

tion on all rea l^nroperty from the first day of January,
A. D., 1934 to the 31st day of December, A. D., 1934.
Section 2. All ordinances or na.rts of ordinances in con-
flict hererith are hereby renealed.
Section 3. The requirement of reading this ordinance at
two regular meetings not less than one reek apart is here-
by raived, rith and by the unanimous vote of the Town Council.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon being
passed by the Torn Council, approved by the Mayor, or upon
becoming a law without such approval after having been nosted
for two days at the V.I.A. Hall and at two other public
places in the Tovn of Edgewater, Vo lu sia County, Florida.
