That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in cdnflict with this Ordinance tie and the same are hereby repealed. Section 4. That this Oruinance shwll become a law upon being passed by the Town Council of the Town of Edewater, Florida, approved by the hayor or becoming a law without such approval, and posted at the V. I. A. Hall and these public places in the Town of ddgewater, Florida, and shall become effective immediately upon becoming a law. This Ordinance was read and passed upon its first reading; and upon ,ption duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the requirei.,ent of reading this ordinance upon second reading was waived, and t::is ordinance was o¢dered put upon its final pass- age.
