The two cases for 2614 Kumquat Dr should not be filed. It changed ownership two days ago.

Do not create any new cases on this property until after July 20th. The new property owner is working with the building
department and has hired an engineer. The engineer will need a month just to inspect the property and draw up plans
to repair the structure.

THIS CAUSE came before the City of Edgewater Code Enforcement
Board (the "Board") on May 14, 2015 after due notice of noncompliance to the
Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, rece(ved
evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner being X not
being present, there upon finds as follows:

City of Edgewater, Florida, a fine of $75.00, and the cost to secure the
house and for a lien to be placed on the property if not satisfied by May
20, 2015.
2. A certified copy of this order may be recorded in the public records of
Volusia County, Florida, and shall constitute a lien against the above

property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Section 162.08 and
162.09, Florida Statute.
