That no alcoholic beverages may be sold, consumed, or served or permitted to be served, or consumed in any place holding a license under the Ordinances of the Tcwn of Edgewater, Florida, or under the State Beverage Department of Florida, or in any public place , within the territorial limits of the Town of Edgewater, Florida, by any person, firm, or corporation between the hours of Midnight and 7:00 o'clock A. M. of the following day; nor shall such sales or service of intoxicating beverages be made at any time between 12:00 o'clock P.L . Saturday and 7:00 ' ,� o 'clock A. M. Monday. 4,‘ao aSECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon ^�'� its passage . 7 This Ordinance was read a first time in full and passed by the unanimous vote of the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting of said Town Council cn the 25th day of July, A. Upon motion duly made) seconded and unanimously carried the requirement of reading this Ordinance upon second reading was waived and this Ordinance was ordered put upon its final passage at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, held the 25th day of July, A. D. 1945. Said Ordinance was passed at said regular meeting upon its final passage with the unanimous vote of the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater? Florida and approved as provided by law this 25th day of July, A.
