133 Lip", ter►' ORDINANCE NO. 133 AST ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUrTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1945 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1946, TO THE VARIOUS ITE;S OF THE TOWN BUDGET. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATL,P,, VOLUSIA CO if, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the following amounts of moneys to be collected from all sources of revenue of the Town of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida curing the Disc 1 year beginning October 1, 1945 and ending September 30, 1946, excepting revenues collected from fined and forfeitures, be and the same are hereby appropriated to the following purposes end in the following amounts. 1. Streets $ 1600.00 2. Street Lighting 1040.00 3. Salaries 1300.00 4. Legal & Elections 300.00 5. Mayor's Court & Marshall 7 50.00 6. Office Expenditures 400.00 7. Emergency 250.00 8. That the Town Clerk of the said Town of Edgewater, Florida be and he is hereby directed as and when the above designated revenues are received and collected by him, to apportion such revenues to the respective purposes set forth in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shLll on the day following its passage be posted for a period of five ( 5) days in four (4) public places in the Town of Edgewater, Florida and shall take effect immediately upon its passage. This Ordinance was read a first time in full and passed by the unanimous vote of the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, Florida at a regular meeting of said Town Council on the 26;h day of September, A. D. 1945. Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the re- quirement of reading this Ordinance upon second reading was waived and this Ordinance was ordered put upon its final passage at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, held the 26th day of September, A. D. 1945. Said Ordinance was passed at said regular meeting upon its final passage with the unanimous vote of the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, Florida, and approved by law this AJh day of September, A.
