The rates hereinafter set forth in this section are hereby fl:ed r_.d prescribed, and it is hereby declared to be unlawful for any person, Private cor corc.tion or municipal corporation furnishing electricity within the TO-71 of Edgewater, 1 Florida, for liTh_t, heat, or Leo•:;3r, to charge or collect or attempt to collect any __tes for the sale of such electricity in excess of those hereinafter set forth in this section. Residential Service lTolication: For ser-v ice for all domestic purposes in private residences and individually metered apartment units. Character of Service: Single phase, 115/230 volts, 3 ;:d.re or 115 volts, 2 wire depending upon Customer' s reeuirements. Three phase, 230 volt service to be furnished under special arrangements. D. 1947. Upon motion duly made by Councilman 0. 0. Mathews s and seconded by Councilmen A. HuSSey , and unanimously carried the reauiremont of reading said ordinance upon second reading at a subsecuent meeting of the ToTn Council was waived, and this ordinance vas again read in full and was ordered put upon its final passage. Passed by the unanimous vote of the Town Council of the Town of Edger .ter, Florida at a regular meeting of said council held this 25th day of June, A.
