AN ORDINANCE AMENDING NO. 124 OF THE TO OF EDGE- 704.4

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TON OF EDGE;''"iTER
FLORIDA: '
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 124 of the Town of
Edgewater, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended so as to
read as follows:
"Section 1. That in all cases in the Mayor' s court
of the Town of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida,
the following costs shah!, be assessed and none other:
$3.00 for all services performed by the Marshall
or any deputy marshall in each case, including
affidavit, service of warrant, arrest, committment,
service of subpoena or other orocess or any and all
other services which said officer shall perform.
$2.00 for all services performed by the Mayor in
each case including swearing of witnesses, issuance
of process, docketing and indexing cases, and any
and all other service of whatsoever nature.
$2.00 for all services performed by the Town Clerk
in each case. "
Section 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 124 of the Town of Edgewater,
Florida, be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows:
"Section 2. All of such costs shall be charged in each
case. If the same are collected the same shall be de-
posited in the Treasury of the Town by the Town Clerk,
and shall be and remain funds of the Town of Edgewater,
Florida, and shall not be disbursed or paid to the afore-
mentioned officers for their services."
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.

The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the unanimous
vote of the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, Florida at
a regular meeting on the 13th day of August, A.D. 1947.
Upon Motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the
requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was
waived, and this Ordinance was ordered put upon its final
pas3age.
Passed by the unanimous vote of the Town Council of the Town
of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council
held this 13th day of August, A.D. 1947, and approved as
provided by law, the vote of said Council on roll call being
as follows:
