AN ORDI ?aNCE A?MENDIi:G SECTIONS 2 AND 3 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 163 OF ME TOWN OF EDGENATER,
"FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAI- ED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TeviN OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 2 Of Ordinance No. 163 of the Town of
Edgewater, Florida be and the same is hereby amended so as to
read as follw.-s:
SECTION 2. That the Town of Edgewater, Florida
s:ns_ll maintain and operate a service for the col-
lection and disposal of trash, End all persons,
firms and corporations whose ..uremises are served
thereby shall pay to the Town of Edgewater for the
use of such service the sum of Fifty cents per
month or 0. 50 per year Paid in advance for each
residence so served, -nd the sum of One dollar
Per month or $11.00 per year paid in advance for
each restaurant, service station, beer garden or
other establishment so served. Such payment shall
be made tai and collected by th3 Town Clerk of the
Tows! of EdgT:vater, Florida :-nd such -payment shall
be made at the Town Hall of the To771 of Edgewater,
Florida, and such monthly Payments shall be made
between the first and the tenth of each month for
the service rendered during the preceding month.

SECTION 2. That Section 3 of Ord;rience ''?o. 163 of the '.^o7 m of
Edgewater be and the same is hereby sme:_.ded so as to read as
follows:

may recover delinquent payments by due process of
law.
SECTTION 3. That all ordinances d ;arts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be ::.nd the same are hereby repealed.
SEC`=ION 4. That this ordinance s __-.___ take effect immediately
upon its passage nd ap 3rovai by the Mayor.
The above ordin-nce was read in full and ea.ssed by the unanimous
vote of the To-n Council of the Town of Edgewater, Florida at a
regular mOeting on the 13th day of i_oril, A.D. 1949.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the
requirement of reading s :-_e- ordina.ace upon second reading was
waived and the ordinance was ordered out upon final passage.
