AN CRDINANCE APPROPR]A_TING REVENUES �?%•`�.=f
TO BE COLLECTED BY THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER,
VOLUBIA_ COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1st, 1949, AND `
ENDING SEPT v:BER 30TH, 1950, TO THE - ,
VARIOUS ITEMS OF THE TOWN BUDGET. *✓`%
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following' amounts of moneys to be collected
from all sources of revenue of the Town of Edgewater, Florida,
during the fiscal year beginning October 1st, 1949, and ending
September 30th, 1950, excepting the revenue collected from
fines and forfeitures, and excepting proceeds of sales of real
estate acquired and owned by s, id Town through foreclosure ro-
ceedings, be and the same are hereby appropriated to the follow:
ing purposes and in the following manner and amounts:
1. STREETS $ 3500.00
2. STRE ,T LIGHTING 950.00
3. SALARIES 3800.00
4. LEGAL & ELECTIONS 1250.00
5. MAYOR'S COURT 4000.00
6. OFFICE EXPENSE 1000.00
7. EMERGENCY 500.00
8. FIRE DEPARTMENT 500.00

SECTION 2. That the Town Clerk cf said Town of Edgewater,
Florida, be end he is hereby directed as and when the above
described and designated revenues are received and collected
by him, to apoortion such revenues to the respective purposes
set forth in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shale. take effect immediately upon
its passage end approval by the Mayor.
The above ordinance was reed in full and sassed by the unanimous
vote of the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, Florida at
a regular meeting on the 28Th day of SQntomber , A.D. 1949.
Upon. Motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the
recuirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was
waived, and this Ordinance was ordered put upon its final passage.
Passed by the unanimous vote f the Town Council of the Town
of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council
held this 28th day of Soptonbor , A.D. 1949, and approved
as provided by law, the vote of said Council on roll call being
