ORDINANCE NO.94.
AN OitDINANCE RELATING TO THE
PUNISHVNT OF THOSE CONVICTED
OF VIOLATING _TOWN ORDINANCES
AND AUTHORIZING THE F".'PLOYMENT
AT MANUAL LABOR OF PERSONS SO
CONVICTED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL CF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. :hen punishment of imprisonment is imposed upon any
person convicted in the Mayor's CBaurt of violating any of the
provisions of any of the Crdinances of said Town in such case,
such person may be sentenced to be employed during the period of
such persons sentence at such manual labor in the Town of Ed elvater,
Florida as the Mayor's Court shall direct.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
This Ordinance was read in full and passed by the unan-
imous vote of the Town Council of the To-m of Edgewater, Florida,
at its regular meeting on the 7th day of January, A. D. 1941.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried
the requirement of reading this ordinance upon second reading was
waived and this "rdinance was ordered put upon its final passage.
Passed by the unanimous vote of the Town Council of the
Town of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, and approved as provided
by law on this 7th day of January, A. D. 1941.
