That the term "DIM-OUT" shall be deemed to mean any period of time during which the use of any kind cf lights is ordered to -be restricted or limited in any way by any official public order or regulation legally promulgated by any of the lawful aut horities named in the foregoing preamble to this Ordinance. { . • (Ihro) -lir 401100 a: ctio__ 2. During any "D --cut" no one shall use, burn or display within the limits of the Town of ' ige- water, 21orida, any kind of light or ligiting device what- . soever, whether in or about a private or public building or in on or about any vehicle , or on private or public property or on the streets or highways of said town, except only such light or lig _ting device as shall be autl-_caized to be used, burned or displayed, and any such light shall then and there be used, burned or displayed only in the manner and to the extent permitted by the official order or regulation so promulgated by such authority. Section 3.
