As of today, the violation is corrected and the case is closed. There should be no daily fines for this violation. I don't know if he has paid the citation yet, but I don't think he has. If the citation is unpaid, then the lien for the citation can be enacted, just no daily fines. Hopefully this makes sense. If not, just call me at 386-689-2558 as I will be off Monday and Tuesday. THIS CAUSE came before the City of Edgewater Code Enforcement Board (the "Board") on September 10, 2015 after due notice of noncompliance to the Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner j I being not being present, there upon finds as follows: 1.
