This case just went before the Board on September 10, 2015. He had been given extra time by the
Board to correct the violation. As of today, the violation is corrected and the case is closed. There
should be no daily fines for this violation. I don't know if he has paid the citation yet, but I don't
think he has. If the citation is unpaid, then the lien for the citation can be enacted, just no daily fines.
Hopefully this makes sense. If not, just call me at 386-689-2558 as I will be off Monday and
Tuesday. W000 H0000!!

THIS CAUSE came before the City of Edgewater Code Enforcement
Board (the "Board") on September 10, 2015 after due notice of noncompliance
to the Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath,
received evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner j I
being not being present, there upon finds as follows:
1. The Respondent is the owner of the property described as follows:

2. There currently exists the following violation(s) of the Land
Development Code/Code of Ordinances of the City of Edgewater.
Sec. 21-53.02 Permit authority
Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. You, CJHJR Investments LLC have been found in violation of Sec. 21-
53.02 and the Board has waived the citation fee of $75.00 which is an
admission of the commission of the violation. The Board will delay the
daily fines of $50.00 per day for seven days. The daily fines of $50.00
per day will start on September 18, 2015 for each day the violation
exists if the material is not removed from the property. Therefore, if
the City remove the material you will be responsible for the incurred

cost of the removal and for a lien to be placed on the property if not
satisfied by September 18, 2015.
2. A certified copy of this order may be recorded in the public records of
Volusia County, Florida, and shall constitute a lien against the above
described property and upon any other real property or personal
property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Section 162.08 and
162.09, Florida Statute.
3. Respondent will be responsible for recording fees and administrative
costs associated with recording the lien.
4. Information regarding this Order may be obtained by contacting the
Code Enforcement Division of the City of Edgewater at 1605 South
Ridgewood Avenue, PO Box 100, Edgewater, Florida 32132.
