THIS CAUSE came before the City of Edgewater Code Enforcement Board (the "Board") on October 8, 2015 after due notice of noncompliance to the Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner being x not being present, there upon finds as follows: 1.
