APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. AR-2015-101 0 A motion was made by Ed Corn, second by Glenn Barnhill to approve the minutes of the June 11,2015 meeting. NEW BUSINESS -PUBLIC HEARING Code Officer Dan Koehler requested to move items C & D up on the agenda to be the first items we hear. The Board agreed with the changes to the agenda. Code Officer Kevin Pogany presented the case to the Board. Tracy Melhalko was present and stated that parking is an issue. Mr. Melhalko stated he has been parking like this for 20 years. C. AR-2015-100 Case#15-109880 5 Citation#5330(Koehler) Michael Lynn Belyan-2716 Mango Tree Dr. Sec. 10-215 Enclosures(pools) Chairperson Ben Wagner read the above listed cases and concluded with it appears after reviewing these cases that no one was present for any of the cases just read. Pursuant to Section 10-348 and 10-345 subparagraph C 11 of the Code of Ordinances and the statement that appears on the respective citation issued that failure to appear at the hearing means the alleged violator has waived any right to contest the violation and that an order can be made for the maximum applicable penalties that include but are not limited to administrative costs, fines, daily fines and liens. Since, however, we have the benefit of the staff recommendations, the Board shall entertain motions and take whatever actions are deemed appropriate.
