Pursuant to provisions of Chapter 10, Article XXVIII, of the Code of Ordinances; the Code Enforcement
Division is requesting t e City Manager approve the funds to abate the existing property maintenance nuisance
violation as declared pu.suant to Ordinance 2014-0-10.

developer lot, which impair or may impair the economic welfare of the property,
