Chairman Joe Martin called to order a special meeting ofthe Economic Development Board at 8:02
a.m., Tuesday, February 23, 2004, in the Community Center.

Also present were City Manager Ken Hooper and Board Coordinator Pat Drosten.
3. CONTINUED BUSINESS: Program of Work
The Board discussed the content, format and language of the Program of Work. Chairman Martin
asked that all recommended additions/changes be forward to the Board Coordinator no later than
Friday, February 27, 2004 before noon. The Board Coordinator will insert the charts and tables and
forward the document to the Chairman for review and completion.
Mr. Hooper also encouraged the Board to develop a Power Point presentation for presentation to City
Council. He suggested that the Board might wish to give the Presentation at the Summit of Cities
meeting scheduled for March 13,2004.
4. ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 a.m.
